Based in Metairie, Louisiana, Ryan serves clients across New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Southern Louisiana, and nationwide, helping business owners navigate complex financial and tax matters with confidence.
Ryan’s experience spans real estate, professional services, hospitality, and closely-held family businesses, where he focuses on tax compliance, proactive planning, and operational advisory services. He works closely with partners Trey Ragan and Jordan Scott to deliver practical, business-focused solutions that support profitability, growth, and long-term success.
Francis A. ‘Trey’ Ragan, CPA – Partner - Tax and Accounting Advisor
Trey Ragan is a Certified Public Accountant and partner with extensive experience in tax compliance, tax planning, and advisory services for middle-market companies, high-net-worth individuals, and multinational businesses. He began his public accounting career in 2008 at a Big Four accounting firm.
Based in Metairie, Louisiana, Trey serves clients throughout New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Southern Louisiana, and across the United States, providing strategic tax solutions tailored to both local and national businesses.
Trey advises clients in real estate, hospitality and restaurants, energy, financial services, and healthcare, with a focus on transaction planning, acquisitions, entity structuring, and succession planning.
